Possible medical reason for suddenly curly hair?

My hair used to be absolutely stick straight but over the last couple of years it has become very wavy and some days even downright curly. Is there a medical condition for which this is a common symptom? Is there another common explanation?

Thanks :-)!

I don't have an answer to your question but I wanted you to know it happened to me too. I've always had straight hair. I could take a shower, leave the house with wet hair, come home with dry, straight hair. I've been pregnant 3 times, and it seemed after each pregnancy my hair would get more wavy. Now I can't leave the house with just wet hair or it'll look horrible when it dries. I have to blowdry it and straighten it now! It's so weird.

Your pubes are migrating.

In seriousness every several years your hair changes in texture and thickness. It could also do with any shampoos or conditioner's you use and the humidity in your home. If you want to keep your straight hair use straightening shampoos.
